Whether you have just purchased your first Princess 42 or 25M PMYA have a range of courses designed for all the family, as well as tuition for jet skis, RIBs and navigation equipment. Our advice and support ensures everyone on board will understand the rules of the sea.
PMYA deliver effective and enjoyable training, enabling you to achieve the correct certification. We have compiled a comprehensive set of courses which are both RYA and MCA approved, from the Helmsman Practical Course to a Yachtmasters qualification and beyond.
We also offer specially tailored tutorials aiming to help you the boat owner with any part of the motor yacht you are unsure of. All subjects are covered including close quarters handling in a marina, understanding the engine room to the effective use of electronic satellite navigation equipment.
PMYA courses include:
Basic
Introduction to the rules of the sea, general navigation and boat handling. An excellent way to begin your boating experience with both safety and confidence.
Intermediate
Whether you are in your first season or wish to improve on your existing boating skills PMYA can offer bespoke courses to expand your knowledge and allow you to explore further afield.
Advanced
This course is designed to maximise your boating skills, and to a commercial standard should you wish to work within the industry. PMYA offers advanced courses and can offer guidance to clients seeking to progress into the international boating market.
